TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Placing an order

By placing an order with us you will have deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non- exclusive jurisdication of the English Court.
This does not affect your non excludable statutory rights.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards with payment via Pay Pal. We accept payment by personal cheque.Cheques should be made payable to BellThorpe Limited. Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared.
By submitting your order, you agree to pay for goods at the price shown.
Items will be despatched when your credit or debit card payment has been processed and cleared.
All transactions are shown in £ sterling. Prices are subject to change.
Standard postage and packaging on items delivered within the UK starts at £3.95 per order.
Next day delivery costs £6.95.Please place orders before 12 pm Monday to Friday to ensure next day delivery.

Saturday delivery £15.95 - orders must be placed by midday Friday.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard European delivery £15.95. Heavier items may incur extra charge - see indvidual products for details.

International delivery. Standard delivery charge is £25.95 . Heavier packages may incur an extra charge - Please contact us prior to ordering to get a quote.

Most items are in stock, however occasionally there may be times when items are not available. If an item is currently out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If this date is not acceptable you may cancel and a full refund will be given.

Taxes

All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 15%
Delivery

We aim to deliver items as quickly as possible, however please allow 5 -7 working days. If you require an item quickly, please use our next day delivery service.
We endeavour to ensure your products arrive promptly, however we can not be held liable for non delivery by any third party or where the delay is outside our control.
If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days we will notify you by e-mail and you will be given the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Your right to cancel

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel at any time any payment made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Refunds

All items we sell are carefully inspected before dispatch. If a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. Claims must be made within 3 days and goods must be returned within 14 days. Postage charges will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Returned goods must be returned in a new and unused condition for refund.
When returning goods please supply your order reference number and Pay Pal ID.
Please ask at the post office for a free certificate of postage. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us.
