Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with us you will have deemed to have read understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit to the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non excludable statutory rights. These terms comply with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

We accept all major credit and debit cards with secure payment via Pay Pal. We do accept payment by personal cheque. Cheques should be made payable to BellThorpe Limited. Items will be dispatched once payment has cleared, which can take up to 1 week. We therefore recommend making payment by a debit or credit card, either over the phone or by our secure server, if you want a faster delivery time. By submitting your order, you agree to pay for goods at the price shown. Items will be despatched when your credit or debit card payment has been processed and cleared. All transactions are shown in £ sterling. Prices are subject to change.

We offer Free Delivery for all UK orders. Delivery Time 5- 7 days. We aim to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 7 days. If you require an item sooner please choose our Express or Next Day Delivery Service.

Express delivery 2-3 days £4.95

Next day delivery costs £8.95.Please place orders before 12 pm Monday to Friday to ensure next day delivery. We use Fed Ex to dispatch our next day orders. Please ensure you are available to sign for the parcel.

Saturday delivery £15.95 - orders must be placed by midday Friday.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Standard European delivery £15.95. Heavier items may incur extra charge - see individual products for details.

International delivery. Standard delivery charge is £25.95. Heavier packages may incur an extra charge - please contact us prior to ordering to get a quote.

Most items are in stock, however occasionally there may be times when items are not available. If an item is currently out of stock, we will contact you with an expected delivery date. If this date is not acceptable you may cancel and a full refund will be given.

When ordering from World Wide nets the recipient is the importer and must comply with all the lawa and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be bourne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We aim to deliver items as quickly as possible, however please allow 5 - 7 workking days.If you require an item quickly, please use our next day service.We endevour to ensure your products arrive promtly, however we cannot be held liable for non delivery by any thrid party or where the delay is outside our control. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days we will notify you by email and you will be given the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

Taxes

All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.World Wide Nets are not responsible for payment of any port or tax charges for any orders outside of the UK.

You have a right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. You will then need to return the item (s) to us by post. Parcels returned by post are returned at your own cost.  If you do cancel in the given time, any payment made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

All items we sell are carefully inspected before dispatch. If a product is faulty or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse . Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. When returning goods please supply your order reference number and Pay Pal ID.
Please ask at the post office for a free certificate of postage. We are not responsible for packages that do not reach us.
